Vendor portal, made whole — dashboard-first

The portal skeleton shipped (Leads · My Leads · Billing · Documents · Account) but reads as bare: a hidden bottom bar, an empty leads feed, a read-only account, and stubbed support. This redesign adds a Home, fixes the empty-feed dead-end, wires self-service support, and pairs the UI with a one-shot activation data-op that makes the marketplace non-empty. Predecessor: as-leads-portal (v1).

2 · Activation data-op (no UI)

Coverage & accepting-leads are already migrated for all 2,159 movers. Only KYC is shut (0 verified). So: grandfather-verify the ~1,460 active movers + re-run matching on the 322 open leads → the marketplace fills. New leads auto-match onward. A script, not a screen.
