Today everyone lands on the leads feed, which is empty for the whole migrated base (nobody's KYC-verified yet). That's the "no leads match to you" you saw. Home replaces that dead-end with orientation:

  • A · Verified & active — the ~1,460 we grandfather. Straight to "3 new leads", wallet, refunds, recent buys.
  • B · Under review — the ~490 dormant. A single clear job: upload KYC → then leads flow.
  • C · Verified, no matches — honest empty state + coverage recap + "we'll SMS you" + low-balance nudge.
