Social Planner redesign — one Create conversation

Directional mockups for two asks: (1) a paste-to-ideas import on the Plan surface, and (2) a radically simpler post creation. The old flow forked every post (⚡ in-platform → heavy Studio vs ✦ copy-prompt) and video ran 5–6 steps. The redesign makes creation one conversation: describe the post and the brief fills in live; the same chat generates and you refine by talking — or hand the brief to a Claude project. Video is planning-only. Demo brand: Fidelis Global.

What changed in this revision (v2)
Describe + Produce merged into ONE Create conversation (no more form-then-studio) · the full set of edge states woven in (generating · failed+retry · no-Brand-Kit · no-Higgsfield · empty inbox) · a ⚡ Auto-create fast-lane straight from an idea card.

One mental model everywhere. Image, carousel and video all read Idea → Create → Schedule. Create is a conversation that builds a live brief; you produce it here (chat-generate) or in a Claude project (export). Video is the same conversation, produce locked to export (planning-only).

What this simplifies (operator decisions, 2026-06-29)
  • Describe-form + Produce-studio → ONE conversation: shaping the idea/structure/approach and generating/refining now happen in a single thread, with the brief building live beside it.
  • The dual approach-cards die: one quiet produce control — generate here or Claude project — that follows the brand default; the brief is the shared artifact.
  • No studio hop for social: image/carousel generate inline on the exact same engine the studio used; the heavy 3-pane floor is off the post path.
  • Video drops to planning-only: hook + script + settings → export a brief; clip breakdown / assets / prompts move to a dedicated Claude project.
  • Fast lane: ⚡ Auto-create runs the whole conversation from an enriched idea and drops you at “pick a frame”.
Preserved (simpler ≠ smaller)
  • Brand Style Kit auto-injection · reference assets / Brand Assets library · angle→hook research · the idea inbox + topics/series · status machine + readiness · the studios (still there for the Media-requests / Ads module — just off the social post path) · Copy-for-AI export.
