What changed / why. The dashboard is now actionable (next-steps, not a stat-heavy wall). The IA collapses to five clear places — Dashboard · Plan · Posts · Calendar · Settings. The editor is just 3 stages (Draft → Create → Schedule), and Create hands off to the deep per-item studios for media rather than trying to do everything inline.
