AR, platforms, key message, direction and the Brand Style Kit arrive as a read-only recap strip from the post/ad. Editing direction has one home — the planner.
The wall is live
Generation jobs persist on the production (ST0): leave mid-run, come back, the ticker resumes and candidates stream into the grid — no hard refresh, no clobbered prompt, warnings visible.
Deliver is persistent
One pink action per screen. Image: pick → hero → deliver-to-post. Carousel: per-slide picks gate a set-level Deliver; “Generate remaining” batches the rest.

What got deleted. The old Image Studio’s Brief / Generate / Deliver stages and the Carousel Studio’s stage shell are gone — everything they asked is either inherited from the planner (recap strip) or lives on the one floor.
