Reuses social-series + POST /api/social/series; the AI job is output-only. “Skip” sets a persisted seriesSkipped flag (an explicit decision, never auto-set) so the row reads “Skipped” on return. Finishing runs router.refresh() in a transition and hands off to the dashboard.
