This is the reference list inside the per-clip workbench on the video floor (the shared ResourceChecklist). C2 adds a first-class Upload action to image references — today they only offer Pick + Generate / ✦ DIY, with upload buried inside the DIY arm.

Uploading your own image meant: switch to ✦ Prompt & DIY, then find the Upload control inside the expanded generator. Non-obvious.

Upload sits beside Pick and opens the crop/resize/WebP uploader directly — same component used by video & audio rows.
Where this lives. No new screen — the change is in the existing reference checklist that already renders on every clip. Image rows gain the Upload button (C2); the underlying picker is fixed so a library pick always links (C1, page 3); both Upload and a fresh upload-from-pick run through the new crop/resize/WebP step (C3, page 2). The “needed/have/optional” model, ⚡on-platform vs ✦DIY, and video/audio rows are unchanged.
